Health and Safety Training

It is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT under The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 to ensure that managers & staff who are likely to deal with or encounter asbestos products as part of their work receive annual asbestos awareness training to ensure they understand and know how to deal with asbestos associated risks’

Asbestos Management 
This course is aimed at managers who have a responsibility to manage asbestos within premises, this may include duty holders, site managers, estates management etc.
Asbestos Awareness 
Personnel benefiting from this course may include general maintenance personnel, cleaners, electricians, carpenters, Caretakers, managers wishing to refresh their knowledge, anyone who may risk coming into contact with asbestos materials during their daily work activities.
Non-Licensed Asbestos Work 
This course covers removal of non-licensed asbestos materials and focuses on the controls required to remove/repair these materials. Personnel benefiting from this course may include maintenance workers, electricians, plumbers, joiners etc.
Specialist Courses 
COAL Consultants Ltd have developed a number of specialist courses drawing upon extensive experience from working within various industry sectors. Courses include asbestos management in Educational establishments and asbestos management in Hospitals and Care Centres. These courses cover effective ways to implement asbestos management strategies with regard to high sensitivity locations and outline key pitfalls to avoid when implementing your management plans.
